To find this page the long way, click the little icon at the top-right of the silhouette person, then select to navigate to the "User Control Panel". From here, choose the "Profile" tab, then "Edit avatar"

There are currently size limits - this picture cannot be larger than 800px wide and 800px tall. We might be able to enable auto-scaling at some point down the road so this isn't an issue, but for now, you may have to resize your image yourself if it's too large. If you don't have a tool available to do this, there are free online tools available such as: http://resizeyourimage.com
