Indiana Green Party – Annual Congress 2018

Indianapolis, Indiana – The Indiana Green Party (INGP) held its Annual Congress at the historic Grove Haus in Fountain Square, on Saturday, July 28th. Keynote speakers included newly elected INGP VP, Pluto Brand, comedian and host of Redacted Tonight, Lee Camp, and Dr. George Wolfe, Green Party Secretary of State Candidate, Professor Emeritus at Ball State University where he served as director of the Center for Peace and Conflicts Studies from 2002-06, and Coordinator of Outreach Programs from 2006-14. Local groups from across Indiana gathered and adopted the INGP bylaws, discussed Dr. George Wolfe’s campaign, and elected officers and delegates. They are as follows:

The INGP would like to thank the former board members; Amanda Shepherd, Teri Cento, and Julie Edwards, for their service to the INGP over the last year. The newly elected officers and delegates will be hosting their first official meeting on August 12th, 2018.
The INGP strives to live by the values of the Green movement. Everything the Party does is based on the four pillars: Democracy, Ecological Wisdom, Nonviolence, and Social Justice.
